Having an initial meeting will allow us to gather the necessary information on how the school, college, or university uses energy and what they seek to achieve.
Before the installation process can start, we first need to visit the intended site to get a clear idea of any special requirements or environmental factors that will need to be considered. We will need to consider everything from the physical space available to the property’s location in relation to the sun when it comes to the system design.
Once both parties are agreed on the price and design in principle, we can then conduct a full site survey. We will also take care of any necessary permissions before producing a project plan and finally making a start on the installation itself.
Installation
When it’s time to commence installing a school, college or university solar panel system, the first step is to fix the mounts that will support the solar panels. We can use roof ground mounts or flush mounts depending on the specific requirements and specifications of the individual property.
Solar panel systems are best installed in a south facing direction to ensure optimal solar energy intake, but east and west facing systems can also be acceptable. Regardless of scale, we will ensure the installation process is as smooth as possible with minimal disruption to daily operations.
